Inspection services

Electromagnetic inspection (EMI) to find wall loss, pitting and cracks that a visual check misses, full visual inspection of bodies and threads, descaling to remove scale and buildup, and rethreading on joints that need a fresh connection. Rejected joints are marked and separated so nothing questionable goes back on a truck.

Documentation on every joint

Each load leaves with an inspection report that records what was checked, what passed and what was rejected, so your records stand up to a customer or an auditor.

What is EMI inspection?

Electromagnetic inspection passes the pipe through a magnetic field and reads disturbances caused by wall loss, pitting, cracks and other defects. It finds problems that a visual inspection cannot.

Do you rethread pipe?

Yes. Joints with damaged or worn connections can be cut back and rethreaded, then inspected again before they ship.

Do I get a report?

Yes. Every load is returned with written inspection documentation that lists each joint's result.

Where are you located?

163 Shaw Bridge Rd, Greenbrier, Arkansas 72058, about ten miles north of Conway on US-65.
