Data centers run on cooling, and cooling runs on steel that is cut, welded and finished correctly. Browning's Welding & Fabrication builds air and liquid cooling assemblies for data-center and industrial customers from our shop in Greenbrier, Arkansas, just north of Conway, and ships finished, tested units across the country.
What we build
Painted and powder-coated steel frames for air handlers and cooling distribution units, welded square-tube and angle-iron skids, channel and pipe manifolds, coolant distribution headers, and the brackets, guards and mounts that go with them. Assemblies leave the shop as complete production units, not loose parts.
How the work flows
Every step stays under one roof. Sheet and plate are laser cut, tube and channel are sawed and formed, joints are MIG or TIG welded by certified welders, and machined fittings come from our own CNC department. Liquid-side assemblies are leak tested before they are crated, and we can supply test documentation with each unit.
Built for repeat orders
Cooling programs rarely stop at one unit. We keep fixtures and drawings on file for repeat production so the fiftieth assembly matches the first, and we schedule production runs around your build-out dates.

Do you build cooling assemblies to our drawings, or design them?
We build to your drawings and models. Our design engineer and estimator will review a design for manufacturability first and suggest changes that save material or welding time before production starts.
What finishes are available on frames and skids?
Paint and powder coat are standard. Galvanizing, plating and anodizing are available through our finishing partners, so assemblies arrive ready to install.
Can you handle production quantities?
Yes. We build one-off prototypes and repeat production runs, and we hold fixtures so every unit in a run matches.
Do you ship outside Arkansas?
Yes. We crate and ship nationwide, and Central Arkansas is within a day's freight of Dallas, Memphis, St. Louis and Oklahoma City.
